Used Hosokawa Alpine Mikro Classifier CC22 from the previous generation prior to the latest technological advancement. This classifier can operate as a standalone system or as the ideal auxiliary equipment for our Hosokawa Alpine ACM 10 and ACM 15 classifier mills, ensuring that no unwanted ultrafine dust remains in the milled final product, typically within the 5 – 10 µm range. One application for this air classifier is in powder coating production, where the final particle size distribution (PSD) is crucial, making it necessary to avoid both ultrafine dust and unwanted coarse particles. Other products that can be processed with this classifier include: acrylate, epoxy polyester, gypsum, plastics, petroleum coke, polyurethane, spinel, etc.

This unit features a secondary air system on the coarse product discharge, at the bottom, to ensure proper dispersion of agglomerates and thus disperse the fine dust mixed with the coarse fraction.
