Finger-jointing line for cross-sections up to 200 cm² (80/240 mm or 100/200 mm), with the following components:

1. HOWIAL - Tilting Destacking System - SH/4t - 1.75x1.75x6.00 m - 4 t – minimum length 2.50 m, semi-automatic bundle singling.
For tilting wood bundles up to 45°. Electromotive drive. Max bundle dimensions: 1.75 x 1.75 x 6.00 m. Max bundle weight: 4 t. Shortest timber length: 2.5 m.

2. HOWIAL – Lamella Singulation VE 1 to cross-cut saw. With pneumatically controlled tongues for positioning marked material (after defect marking) onto the underlying roller conveyor.

3. HOWIAL – Inspection Roller Conveyor RO-1
Digital wood moisture measuring, control and registration system for automatic acquisition and monitoring of wood moisture in cycle measurement method using the electrical resistance principle.

4. Gann DMT-8
Digital wood moisture measuring, control and registration system for automatic acquisition and monitoring of wood moisture in cycle measurement method using the electrical resistance principle. System housed in a large electrical cabinet, complete with inkjet printer.

5. HOWIAL – Cross-cut Saw AS-30 B
Pneumatically controlled under-table cross-cut saw with 2 automatic feed units, automatic cross-cut function. Special photo cell control for detecting fluorescent line markings. Automatic waste detection possible.

11. Finger-joint Quality Testing Machine BSPLT-100
Testing machine for finger joint bending tests according to DIN 1052-1/A1 and EN 385. Support span freely adjustable, attached measuring scale, automatic calculation of the support span in the software. Fully automated test process via mouse click on PC (not included). Alternatively, the test can be operated via front panel buttons. Connection to any standard PC or laptop (Win 2000/XP) via supplied serial cable RS232. Fully automatic data acquisition and protocol generation in MS Excel with graphical display.
