Accessories / Special equipment:

- Robust two-column frame press with adjustable four-way prism guides, equipped with:
• Hydro-pneumatic sliding table (approx. 625 mm cross stroke) with 2 clamping surfaces to accommodate pressed parts and bottom tools, transports these parts under the ram and, after the press cycle, conveys them to the stacking device at the rear. The table then returns to the starting position. This equipment can be easily removed or converted as needed.

• CNC press control (Siemens S5) with monitor for input of all relevant process data or for saving tool data, enabling easier and faster set-up/changeover of the machine, also for monitoring part transport. With oscillating table holder.
• SICK light barriers installed at the front of the press unit and at the loading station.
• Ram equipped with electro-mechanical depth stop (300 mm stroke) and hydraulic tool clamping device, as well as integrated hydraulic ejector.
• Display for pressure and oil temperature, piece counter, foot switch, two-hand operation, central lubrication system, hydraulic oil circulation cooling, free-standing electric cabinet, etc.

The machine was used for pressing edge trims onto cylinder head gaskets.
