Popis
Liter output 20550/42 degrees Qa
Coolant R134a/1430 Refrigerant
Pressure 20 bar
Total power requirement 14.5 kW
Machine weight approx. 186 kg
Space requirement approx. 0.5x0.5x2.1 m
The models of the HYFRA Gamma series are designed as immersion coolers for the cooling of water, oil, and emulsions. The plug-and-play immersion coolers are ready for installation and can be used with a footprint as small as 0.5 m². Thus, they are highly suitable for integration into various machine layouts.
Outputs of up to 28 kW can be achieved thanks to the compact design, requiring only 0.5 m² of floor space. This results in significant flexibility advantages when planning production area layouts and leads to a clear increase in productivity, as more production machines can be accommodated. In our compact immersion cooler models, the condenser is installed horizontally. This design choice leads to significantly reduced heat dissipation by the immersion coolers. As a result, internal components remain unaffected by waste heat.
A robust agitator ensures a consistent medium temperature in the lubricant tank across all immersion cooler models in the series. For routine cleaning, the HYFRA Gamma series can easily be lifted out of the tank using fixed crane eyes.
Immersion Coolers: High-Performance Cooling Directly at the Application
How does an immersion cooler work?
Dkedpfeul Ekpsx Agnsu
In immersion coolers, the evaporator of the chiller is submerged directly in the cooling medium. The fluid is contained in a tank and is continuously and vigorously circulated to ensure efficient cooling. Powerful agitators support this process.
What applications are immersion coolers suitable for?
Immersion coolers are commonly used for temperature control of coolant lubricants in filtration and mechanical engineering in order to maintain the performance of the associated equipment. In metalworking, they are also used indirectly for cooling tools and workpieces. A classic area of application here is milling and grinding with CNC machines or conventional machine tools.
Immersion coolers with modern controls and extensive features
Depending on the cooling capacity, immersion coolers in the HYFRA Gamma models are equipped with either FreeSmart or FreeAdvanced control systems. The combination of the FreeAdvanced control and a touch panel offers a structured overview and displays all relevant values. Both freely programmable controls are equipped with multiple digital and analog inputs and outputs. The FreeAdvanced controller also features a full-text display and supports Modbus-TCP.
