Durable, Dual Motor Drive & Electric Steering
The 18 BT-9U features an electric steering system that is highly efficient. The forklift is powered by a dual motor drive. The integrated ZF drive, Schabmüller motor, and ZAPI controller are especially durable. With its semi-permanently oil-cooled disc brakes, the electric forklift is reliable and consistently dependable. The solid Continental tires are also designed for long-term use.

Easy Maintenance & Long Operating Time
The forklift is designed for easy maintenance. The battery is side-mounted for quick removal and replacement. The self-diagnosis function allows for fast access to all operating data. The brake fluid reservoir can be easily removed and filled. To make the electric forklift even more powerful, it has a compact design. Additionally, energy consumption has been improved — compared to its predecessor, battery runtime for the 18 BT-9U has been increased by 21%.

Safe & Ergonomic Operation
To ensure operator safety, the electric forklift is equipped with a panoramic mirror, fork lowering valves, an electric parking brake, and robust overhead guard. The wide field of vision provides the operator with an unobstructed view of the forks and load. Thanks to the operator presence detection system, the 18 BT-9U can only be moved when the operator is seated. For increased cornering safety, driving speed is automatically reduced. The forklift is also equipped with anti-roll-back protection for secure parking on ramps.
For ergonomic operation, the driver's cab is spaciously designed. Smooth fingertip controls are installed, and a suspended comfort seat provides additional comfort. All levers can be operated effortlessly. The LCD color monitor displays all driving parameters at a glance, such as speed or battery level.
