Description

Function

Easy handling thanks to a fully automatic cleaning process, allowing technicians to focus on other important tasks. The wash tank is filled with a mixture of water and a water-soluble IBS special cleaner (washing solution). Contaminated parts are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and duration, the unit is switched on and the solution in the tank is heated. Within the closed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed on its own axis. The pump assemblies draw the solution from the tank and deliver it through 6 stainless steel nozzle pipes, each equipped with overlapping flat jet nozzles. Thanks to uniform rotation of the motor-driven basket, all sides of the parts are intensively cleaned with hot solution. After completion of the cleaning process, the unit automatically shuts down.
