Heatable for aqueous cleaning agents. Designed for rapid removal of oil and grease residues. Universally applicable for the fully automatic cleaning of small parts from production, manufacturing, and maintenance, such as bolts, sleeves, ball bearings.

The contaminated items to be cleaned are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the unit is switched on and the detergent solution in the tank is heated. Within the closed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed around its own axis. Pump assemblies draw the cleaning solution from the wash tank and distribute it through 6 stainless steel nozzle pipes equipped with overlapping flat spray nozzles. The items are intensely sprayed from all sides with the hot solution during the uniform rotation of the motor-driven basket.

After completion of the cleaning process, the unit shuts off automatically.
