Easy handling thanks to a fully automatic cleaning process, allowing specialists to focus on other important tasks. The wash tank is filled with a mixture of water and water-soluble IBS special cleaner (washing solution). The contaminated items are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the unit is started and the solution in the tank is heated. Inside the closed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed on its own axis. The pump assemblies draw the washing solution from the tank and distribute it through 6 stainless steel spray pipes, each equipped with overlapping flat spray nozzles. The cleaning items are thoroughly blasted from all sides with the hot solution as the motor-driven basket rotates evenly.
After the cleaning cycle is complete, the device switches off automatically.
