Description and Intended Use
The machine is designed for drying decorative prints (pad printing) on aluminum wheels. The rims are conveyed through the system in four cycles: 1 loading / unloading, 2–3 IR heating, 4 convection cooling.
The rim surfaces are gradually heated to a temperature of up to 250°C. This process dries the applied coatings. When using solvent-based paints, only minimal amounts of solvent may be introduced into the system! The upper limit is 10 g of solvent per hour. When the exhaust air system is running simultaneously, safe operation is ensured. Subsequently, the rims are cooled down to below 60°C.

The machine has been professionally dismantled by the manufacturer into its individual components and divided into several packages. The components are packed on pallets and ready for shipping. All documentation is available.

The buyer acquires the device as inspected, excluding any liability for material defects.
