Fully Automatic Solvent Cleaning System KP50 HMA
For operation with solvents (hydrocarbon or modified alcohol) under full vacuum.

The cleaning and drying processes are fully automatic in a closed working chamber under vacuum. Component cleaning is achieved by spraying, turbulent flooding, ultrasonic cleaning and vacuum-supported cleaning with freshly filtered and distilled solvent from two storage tanks. Additionally, vapor degreasing with ultra-pure solvent vapor directly from the main distillation unit is possible. The final vacuum drying ensures components are 100% dry, while the dual condensation stage minimizes solvent loss as well as emission and AGW values.
