How does the machine work?
The block material is loaded onto the chain conveyor and transported to the feeder, which delivers it to the cutting zone.
Before cutting, the machine measures the block material and calculates the required cutting lengths to optimize utilization and minimize or eliminate waste.
The machine can process up to four different block lengths in a single pass, and each block can be optimized individually.
Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a dual drive, allowing simultaneous processing of two different block materials.
The feed chain and circular saw blade are powered by a standard electric motor, while the linear module—ensuring optimal performance and precision—is driven by an AC servo motor. The measuring arm, workpiece clamping in the saw, and the air blower are actuated pneumatically. Machine operation and process monitoring are handled via the integrated PLC with user-friendly control panel.

This machine is engineered for continuous and reliable pallet element production, combining professional-grade precision with user-oriented setup and operation.

Block length: 75 mm* 45 blocks/minute
* Block material length: 3,900 mm or longer.

75–150 x 75–150 x 75–100 mm (length x width x height)

800–5,800 x 75–150 x 75–100 mm (length x width x height)
