Interflow MVK 183 II Microbiological Safety Cabinet

The safety cabinet ensures the highest level of purity and sterility for all procedures carried out inside the chamber (product protection) thanks to its construction. At the same time, it provides maximum protection for personnel against hazardous and/or pathogenic substances that may be released during work in the cabinet (personnel protection).

The safety cabinet is equipped with a new generation of fans. As standard, fans with DC motors are used, resulting in energy savings of approximately 60–70%. This technology offers further advantages, such as:
- Continuous control of the correct air volume. The airflow is constantly monitored and, depending on the filter pressure drop, is automatically adjusted to the correct value if necessary.

The air velocities within the work area and at the front opening are always correct, right up to the point when the filter’s maximum pressure drop is reached. Any deviations—due to fan malfunction or having reached the maximum filter pressure drop—are indicated by both visual and acoustic alarms.
