Intorex CX-1900

The Intorex CX-1900 is a fully automatic copy turning machine from the renowned Spanish manufacturer Intorex. This machine is ideally suited for the serial production of stair railings, furniture legs, balusters, and other turned wood components.

The Intorex CX-1900 is equipped with three CNC-controlled copy units. The machining unit traverses on hardened and precision-ground linear ball bearing guides, ensuring accurate and stable machining. Various settings can be stored, adjusted, and recalled via the PLC control system. The automatic magazine feed processes square stock up to 140×140 mm; in semi-automatic mode, round workpieces with a diameter of up to 240 mm can be turned. With a maximum length of 1,900 mm, this machine is particularly suitable for the series production of stair railings, furniture legs, balusters, and other turned wood components.
