Thanks to the IPE dual-filtration system, two filter stages provide a maximum separation efficiency of up to 99%. The cardboard labyrinth pre-filter, with its pleated filter pockets, captures significantly more overspray (up to 18 kg/m² filter area) than conventional filter mats. The downstream glass fiber secondary filter only retains the finest residual particles.

As a guideline, depending on the paint used, the service life of the cardboard labyrinth pre-filter is approximately 150 to 200 painting hours. The glass fiber filter only needs to be replaced after approx. 900 to 1,200 painting hours, i.e., every fifth or sixth change of the cardboard filter.

Additionally, Easy Paint features a lower intake opening to quickly and safely collect solvent vapors at floor level or from floor pits.

This additional downward-facing intake allows the Easy Paint to be connected to a floor pit or tray for underfloor extraction. The front-loading filter cassette also simplifies filter replacement here.
