Jakob Müller Frick AG NF42 in 2/84mm

8 very clean (refurbished) Jakob Müller Frick AG weaving looms NF42 from 1988, 1989, and 1990 from my inventory.
The machines run flawlessly, 100% functional (completely overhauled).
12 shafts, without creel, with Mütrans, some with Müdata.

The machines come from a curtain band production and were originally equipped with a Z compartment. They have been converted to standard compartments during the general overhaul.

All tension trees and pressure rollers have been newly vulcanized by Westland.
The card rollers in the chain box are also new or newly vulcanized.
The central lubrication in the chain box has been optimized by us.
All machines have the first shaft free (for heavier reeds) and have 12 shafts installed.
All machines are equipped with Mütrans II.

Individual machines with double belt take-off (for heavy fabrics) can be supplied as an option. This should be possible for 4-5 machines.
Optionally, machines can also be fitted with finely knurled tension trees. This should also be possible for 4-5 machines.

All needle holders are suitable for double needles. For this, two additional Mütrans II can be installed on request.

The machines have been completely rebuilt from scratch. All bearings, shafts, and bushings have been checked and replaced as necessary. All swing arms have been checked and replaced as necessary.

Installed are:
1st shaft free (spacer block installed)
2nd and 3rd shaft: swingarm 201
4th–6th shaft: swingarm 202
7th–9th shaft: swingarm 203
10th–12th shaft: swingarm 204
13th shaft: swingarm 205

All shaft springs have been checked and replaced where necessary. Nothing is porous, cracked, or defective.

The electrical installation has been checked, the thread monitoring circuit board was checked and, if necessary, repaired or replaced.

The machines are painted in RAL 6021 Müller pale green.

All machine covers are clean and undamaged.

Machines are sold without Müdata.

4 machines are also equipped with a crawler gear.

The machines have been set up and tested.

Machines are delivered without oil, yarns, slats, reeds, needles, and chain links.

Delivery on Euro pallet, FOB Wuppertal.
