• Microprocessor program control (SIEMENS) with simple screen display. The program sequences are set via decade switches and stops (with vernier) and monitored on the screen.
• Programs: Plunge grinding with/without cross positioning, surface grinding with stepped crossfeed or continuous crossfeed, creep feed grinding in up- or down-cut mode with/without cross positioning. All programs with automatic roughing, finishing, spark-out cycles, and automatic return.
• Automatic straight dressing device AF 65 S with automatic compensation of dressing value and automatic speed adjustment for constant cutting speed (with display)
• DIAFORM – profile dresser for grinding wheels mounted above the wheel
• Electrically controlled creep feed device with feed rate and motor load display
• Short stroke device for controlling table reversal and cross table clamping
• Swivelling JUNG sine magnetic chuck 450 x 180 mm, mounted. Separate swivelling, fine-pole sine magnetic chuck 350 x 175 mm with stop.
