THE POWERFUL BENDING MACHINE FOR EXTREME APPLICATIONS:

The compact bending machine enables precise and repeatable bending up to an outside diameter of 100 mm, both stationary and directly at the installation site. Transport is possible using a pallet truck or the optional rollers. A powerful three-phase motor and a precision gearbox ensure a robust drive. The machine stands out for its compact and slim design, as well as a very open bending area.

Position detection directly on the bending axis ensures optimal bending accuracy. The bending angle is set easily and quickly via a user-friendly, menu-guided interface available in 14 languages with touchscreen control, allowing for even more intuitive operation. For more complex bending tasks, it is possible to store up to 100 bending programs, with an angle sequence of max. 8 arcs per geometry. The multifunctional control allows the bending speed for forward and backward movement to be variably set, and features a parameterizable overbend function to compensate for material springback.

With the help of four material characteristic curves, the material is automatically overbent to the required bending angle, achieving a precise bending result. The principle of “stationary tube and rotating tool” ensures minimal space requirements during bending. For thin-walled tubes, sliding shoes are used to produce wrinkle-free bends and to bend arcs with minimum deformation, e.g. from stainless steel and copper tubes.

With the PB20 profile bending attachment, flat, square, and round steel can be bent effortlessly. The small-radius bending device KBV, as an attachment, allows for extremely small bending radii.
