MOBILE PIPE BENDING MACHINE WITH HIGH PERFORMANCE:

The compact, mobile design enables precise and repeatable bending both stationary and directly on-site, for pipe diameters up to 35 mm, CU 42 mm.

A powerful three-phase motor and a precision gearbox ensure strong drive power. The motor speed is automatically adjusted, allowing for a quicker return stroke and reduced cycle times.

Direct position detection on the bending axis provides optimal bending accuracy and very high repeatability. The bending angle can be set to 0.5° quickly and easily via push buttons.

The large LCD display clearly indicates angles. Up to three bending angles can be saved, allowing for efficient bending of pipes with different requirements.

For transport, the compact unit including accessories can be stored safely and neatly in robust transport cases.

The “stationary tube, rotating tool” principle means minimum space is needed during bending. Slide shoes are used for thin-walled pipes, enabling wrinkle-free bending and minimal deformation, e.g. for stainless steel and copper pipes.

With the PB20 profile bending attachment, flat, square and round bars can be bent effortlessly.
