THE ECONOMICAL MANDREL BENDING MACHINE FOR TIGHT BENDING RADII

This bending system offers solutions for complex geometries with standard radii of 2xD for tube diameters from 20 to 90 mm. Depending on material quality and wall thickness ratio, radii as small as 1.5xD can also be achieved in series production. With a tool height of 120 mm, there is ample capacity for special profiles.
The highly precise and powerful electric drive of the bending axis, along with the stable and rigid construction of the mandrel carrier and bending arm, ensure optimal bending results.
Plug-in bending tools allow quick adaptation to other tube dimensions. The clamping pressure for pipe clamping can be optimally set. The PLC control system (expandable via USB stick) with data storage and latest X2X interface can store virtually unlimited programs for bending angles, lengths, and rotation angles for up to 50 bending operations per tube length.

For monitoring springback values, a freely programmable database for up to 200 materials is available. The control offers 2 operation modes: In "Simple Bending," tube length and rotation of curves relative to each other are automatically displayed. In "Controlled Bending," data are preset and a constant target/actual value comparison is performed during bending.
Also available with pneumatic rotary stop or with gearbox-assisted positioning for length and rotation.
