With a working pressure of 160 bar, the pre-configured cold water high-pressure cleaner HD 7/16-4 ST is an entry-level model in our range of stationary high-pressure cleaners with single-lance operation.

Our pre-configured cold water high-pressure cleaner HD 7/16-4 ST comes with a variety of equipment features and offers numerous options for individual upgrades.

A dry-run protection system and an operating hours counter are included as standard.

Furthermore, the machine provides the possibility to draw in one or two cleaning agents at either high or low pressure, and thanks to its comprehensive accessory package (see photos), it can be optimally tailored to its place of use.

With a working pressure of 160 bar, this high-pressure cleaner delivers more than enough power to master even the most demanding cleaning tasks.

Users will also benefit from Kärcher innovations such as the EASY!Force high-pressure gun, which utilizes the recoil force of the high-pressure jet to reduce the holding force to zero, and the EASY!Lock quick-release fasteners, which enable handling up to five times faster than conventional screw connections, without sacrificing robustness or durability.

Kärcher Electric Hot Water Generator HWE 860:

The electric hot water generator HWE 860 is used in conjunction with the HD 7/16-4 ST high-pressure cleaner and heats the water up to 85°C.

This device requires training/instruction.

Description: HWE 860 Kärcher Hot Water/High-Performance Heater

The electric hot water generator features a power output of 24 kW. It is ideal for locations where flue gas venting from a burner is problematic or not permitted.

The maximum temperature is 85°C, regulated by a thermostat. The unit can be operated manually or automatically.

The device operates in combination with a high-pressure cleaner.

The hot water generator is supplied as a standalone unit, complete with control cabinet and all necessary materials (hoses, cables, clamps, etc.). Optionally, the customer can select two solenoid valves to switch between cold and hot water operation as well as configure a digital timer.

The unit can also be used as a flow-through heater – for example, in continuous operation: with a flow rate of 700 l/h and an inlet temperature of 15°C, a temperature of 45°C is achieved (temperature increase of 30°C).
