* Conventional steel lightweight ladder frame with continuous cross members
* Pre-cambered chassis frame, kingpin plate approx. 8 mm thick, fitted with a 2-inch kingpin according to DIN 74080 / ISO 337

Chassis:
* For indivisible loads, an increased combined gross train weight is permitted
* Axle-lift mechanism on axle 1
* Fully automatic, load-dependent axle lift control
* Start assist: activate via 3x brake application, 30% overload permitted up to a speed of 25 km/h
* Three-axle unit, with disc brakes Ø approx. 430 mm, offset approx. 120 mm

* 2 plastic toolboxes, waterproof, internal dimensions approx. 545 x 400 x 400 mm. Fitted rear left and right

* High, rigid rear underrun protection made of steel, in accordance with ECE-R58

Front Wall:
* Holder for up to 20 square tube stakes approx. 80 x 80 mm (length approx. 1,990 mm) on inside front wall
* Front wall approx. 2,000 mm high with steel volume corner posts, profiled steel sheet surface, bolted/riveted to frame
* 2 pairs securing points (approved lashing capacity approx. 1,000 kg per ring) at front wall to EN 12640

Side Wall:
* VarioFix steel perforated outer frame
* 21 pairs of lashing rings in the outer frame (to EN 12640), permissible tensile force approx. 5,000 kg per ring

Anti-Collision Protection:
* 1 pair of steel buffer blocks approx. 160 x 85 x 85 mm fitted to rear frame end plate
* Cross-mounted zinc-plated steel angle as forklift protection and central latch protection, mounted on the rear frame end plate
