Chassis and Attachments
Steel frame welded construction. Replaceable 2" kingpin (EU installation dimension, suitable for air-suspended 2-axle tractor unit with unladen saddle height of 1,130–1,250 mm; *note overall height, max. pivoting radius at rear of truck 1,900 mm). Rear with 2 large rubber ramp buffers and flat bar underrun protection, both transverse and vertical. 1 retractable access ladder at rear right, mechanical 24 t support winches with single-sided operation, low-maintenance, 4 PVC short mudguards, rear with splash guards, underrun protection = bumper, side collision guard, elongated license plate holder, 2 wheel chocks.

Axles and Suspension BPW Axles
Air suspension axle assembly with low-maintenance axles, 3 x 9 t rigid, wheelbase 2 x 1,310 mm with 430 mm disc brakes, air suspension with lifting and lowering device.

Brake System

Loading Platform and Floor
Internal platform dimensions approx. 13,650/2,480 mm or approx. 2,300 mm above (between running rails and center pillars), overall width approx. 2,550 mm, overall height unladen approx. 4,000–4,050 mm, internal loading height approx. 2,730–2,780 mm or side loading height under the running rail and portal loading height approx. 2,670 mm at/above saddle height 1,150 mm (other saddle heights result in partial change of overall height but not internal loading height). Loading height = approx. 125 mm above saddle height. Heavy-duty phenolic resin-coated floor, phenolic board approx. 30 mm with omega insert on 8 longitudinal floor supports, flush with outer frame, 13 pairs of recessed lashing rings in accordance with UVV regulations. Vario Fix steel outer frame, 2 pairs of lashing rings on the rear corner stanchions for diagonal lashing.

Side Walls
Fixed aluminum hollow-profile front wall at roof height. Rear: full swing double doors over the entire loading height, each with 2 internal lock rods and Sea-Lok seal, both sides with PVC sliding tarpaulins with integrated horizontal and vertical belt reinforcements, including lower fastening belts with hooks and stainless steel tension locks, as well as front/rear rod lock, front with tensioning gear.

Pillars and Stanchions
2 fixed front corner pillars at roof height, slightly protruding sideways; 6 center pillars at roof height, foldable and/or movable along the entire platform length; rear bolted steel portal for double doors; top crossbeam with Edscha sliding roof, movable forward. 3 rows of 25 mm slat pockets: first row at the bottom at 460 mm, then 3 x 100 mm, intermediate distances approx. 160/450/450 mm, without slats.

Roof Frame
Sliding roof frame, movable forward and stacked inside the loading area, no slope, with vertical and horizontal guide rollers for tilt-free movement; both sides with special aluminum running rail profile for sliding curtains and stanchions. Construction height approx. 100 mm or approx. 120 mm with upward-curved PVC sealing lip, PVC-tarpaulin roof. No customs sealing, but with customs cord.

Electrical Equipment
24-volt system according to German road traffic regulations with 2 rear lights mounted on underrun protection, without connection cable for motor vehicle, LED side lighting and reversing light.
