Edge sanding machine with overhead feed unit

The main difference between the Uniq-S and the Uniq is the feed system integrated into the machine table, featuring a rubber-coated feed belt and an overhead pressure beam. This significantly simplifies sanding and producing beveled and chamfered edges, as well as serial sanding of workpieces. It is also beneficial when processing exceptionally large or small parts. The feed speed can be continuously adjusted between 3 and 15 m/min.

A soft conveyor belt underneath and rubber-coated rollers on the overhead pressure beam ensure gentle material handling. Optionally, a second, bottom-mounted conveyor belt is available. The top pressure rollers can also be replaced by a rubber belt, which is particularly useful when sanding extremely small parts.

The Uniq-S is recommended as an all-rounder, capable of handling all processes—from solid wood to fine veneer edges—with high precision. The continuously adjustable feed speed allows for optimal adaptation to the material.
