KALLFASS Universa 800

Fully automatic flow wrapping machine for packaging products—regardless of their length—in full overwrap without film overlap. Product infeed is via a conveyor belt with simultaneous insertion into a center-folded film (half-tube film) through a forming shoulder. Product indexing is controlled by a light barrier. The infeed conveyor can be easily adjusted to suit various product widths. Longitudinal sealing is achieved by a continuous side sealing unit. The height of the forming shoulder and sealing units is manually adjustable.

Wear parts and defective components have been replaced. The machine has undergone a technical inspection at Kallfass and is fully operational.
