Accessories / Special features:
The machine is equipped with a workpiece table that has 3 boreholes for 3 broaching stations. The tool clamping system is designed as a spring-actuated locking mechanism in the drawbridge and as a hydraulic-mechanical system in the feed system. The machine was retrofitted electrically (Siemens S7 PLC) and mechanically in 2004. An integrated coolant system is included.

Remarks:
The machine is designed for use in series production. For optimal utilization, it ideally requires a foundation pit or, alternatively, a platform. Draw heads and puller needles are available on request. The machine is available for inspection at our warehouse.
