Our MH-FJ-2 carton sealer is specifically designed for changing carton sizes. Thanks to pneumatic adjustment of both height and width, cartons of varying sizes can be processed quickly and easily without manual intervention. The machine adapts instantly to different formats. Two side and two top conveyor belts ensure your cartons move safely through the machine. The top flaps of the cartons should be folded down manually before feeding them into the machine. This model is designed for adhesive tape rolls with a 76 mm core and 50 mm width. We recommend using machine tape with more meters per roll (compared to hand rolls) to allow for longer operation without tape changes! Both PP & PVC tapes, as well as environmentally friendly paper tapes, can be used. The tape heads can be easily removed for roll changes. This feature also allows you to seal only the top of the boxes if needed (keyword: crash-lock bottom cartons). The machine of course bears the CE mark. For operation, an on-site air supply connection is required.
