Our MH-FJ-2 case sealer is specifically designed for varying carton formats. Thanks to pneumatic adjustment of height and width, a continuous flow of changing carton sizes can be processed quickly and easily without manual intervention. The machine automatically and instantly adjusts to different formats. Two side and two upper drive belts securely convey your cartons through the case sealer. The top flaps of the cartons must be folded down manually before they are fed into the machine. This model is designed for adhesive tapes with a 76 mm core diameter and 50 mm width. We recommend using machine-grade tape with more meters per roll (compared to hand rolls) for extended operation without frequent tape changes. Both PP and PVC tapes, as well as eco-friendly paper tapes, can be used. The tape heads can be easily removed for tape roll replacement. This also allows for processing cartons that only require top sealing (keyword: automatic bottom cartons). Naturally, this machine also bears the CE mark. An on-site air connection is required for operation!
