Fully hydraulic high-performance band saw automatic machine, built in an extremely heavy-duty design with a horizontally and parallel-moving saw band, suitable for cutting profiles, pipes, and solid materials of all qualities, including extremely difficult-to-machine materials (e.g. titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy). Suitable for use with bi-metal and carbide saw bands.

Saw unit manufactured in a solid polymer concrete construction, ensuring maximum vibration dampening and long blade life. Guidance of the saw unit via two vertical square columns (double column guide) with hardened and ground guideways.

Hydraulic saw band tensioning and hydraulically pre-tensioned carbide saw band guides.

Material clamping is performed by two horizontal frame clamping vises.

Material feed through a machine-integrated, non-driven roller conveyor with twelve transport rollers, enabling problem-free transport of short remnants.
