Fully hydraulic high-performance band saw machine in extra heavy-duty construction, featuring a horizontally and parallelly movable saw band, designed for cutting profiles, pipes, and solid materials of all grades, including extremely difficult-to-machine materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy). Suitable for the use of both bi-metal and carbide saw bands.

The saw unit is manufactured as a solid polymer concrete structure, ensuring maximum running smoothness and extended saw band life.

The saw unit is guided by two vertical square columns (dual-column guide), equipped with hardened and ground guide rails. Mechanical saw band tension and pre-tensioned carbide saw band guides are provided.

Material clamping is via two horizontal frame clamping units. Material feed is achieved through an integrated non-driven roller conveyor with twelve transport rollers, allowing seamless transport of short remnants.
