3. Machine Description

Semi-automatic bandsaw machine in a very robust design, for efficient execution of all cross-cutting and miter-cutting tasks (-45°/+60°) on tubes, profiles, and solid materials in workshop environments. The infinitely variable saw feed ensures precise sawing and gentle treatment of tools.

Bandsaw Guidance

The side guidance of the bandsaw is via mechanically pre-tensioned band changes. The back of the blade is guided by running rollers.

Material Clamping – Machine Vice

Secure material clamping via manually operated horizontal vice. Miter can be infinitely adjusted using a scale from 0° – 45° to 0+60°. Additional locking with index bolts at the positions -45°, 0°, 45°, and 60°.

Feed Control

Saw feed is infinitely adjustable via fine throttle for versatile use in solid and profile materials.
