The fully hydraulic production high-speed frame saw features a universal hydraulic system for exclusive or alternating cutting of thin- and thick-walled profiles as well as solid materials without changing the saw blade, thanks to a uniform tooth pitch of 3 or 4 teeth per inch. It is equipped with a pre-tensioned frame guide, closed oil hydraulics, triple pivot bearing, separate coolant system, steplessly adjustable hydraulic cutting pressure, lift movement, and accelerated return stroke. Standard features include a continuously adjustable mitre device and rapid-feed upward lift of the saw frame. The pendulum vise allows full utilization of the saw blade. Longitudinal guidance with ground and hardened guide rails ensures optimal transmission of cutting pressure forces to the saw arm. Automatic end-stop shutoff. Push-button controls for ON, OFF, and rapid upward movement of the saw frame.
