The fully hydraulic production rapid-frame hacksaw features a universal hydraulic system for exclusive or alternate cutting of thin- and thick-walled profiles as well as solid materials, without needing to change the saw blade, using a standard tooth pitch of 3 or 4 teeth per inch. The machine includes pre-tensioned frame guide, enclosed oil hydraulics, triple swivel bearing, separate coolant system, steplessly adjustable hydraulic cutting pressure, lift-off motion and accelerated return stroke, as well as a continuously adjustable mitre device as standard. Rapid raising of the saw frame. Swivelling vice for maximum blade utilization. Longitudinal guide with ground and hardened guide rails for transferring cutting forces to the saw frame. Automatic end stop. Push-button operation for the On, Off, and fast up functions of the saw frame.
