Due to its design and features, this machine is suitable for mass cutting of steel and is the predecessor to the KASTOwa C7 and KASTOspeed C9 models. After a complete general overhaul (retrofit), the system will be in like-new condition, which we guarantee.

The machine will undergo a comprehensive overhaul in our facility as per customer request. Among other things, the following components will be renewed:

- New Siemens S7 PLC control
- Conversion to Siemens HMI
- Conversion to fully electronic cut length selection (optional)
- New electrical components
- New pneumatic lines
- Overhaul or replacement of all pneumatic components
- New hydraulic lines
- Overhaul or replacement of all hydraulic components
- Overhaul of the Menzel minimum quantity lubrication system
- Replacement of general wear parts
- Overhaul of the loading magazine
- Enhancement of the safety system

Additionally, the machine is equipped with:

- A gravity-feed magazine for 6 m bars
- Hydraulic material feed unit

Warranty:
Unless otherwise agreed, we provide a 6-month warranty on all parts overhauled or replaced by us. Labor time and wear parts are excluded from the warranty.

Optional:

- Conversion to a chip extraction system
- Conversion to a manual trapezoidal spindle stop 0-800 mm
- Conversion to a fully electronic ballscrew stop 0-800 mm
- Upgrade of the main saw drive to 18 kW
