The fully hydraulic production fast-frame band saw features a universal hydraulic system for exclusive or alternating cutting of thin- and thick-walled sections as well as solid material, without the need to change the saw blade, utilizing a standardized tooth pitch of 3 or 4 teeth per inch. Features include preloaded bow guide, closed-loop oil hydraulics, triple-pivot bearing system, separate coolant system, infinitely adjustable hydraulic cutting pressure, blade lift-off movement, and accelerated return stroke. The machine is equipped as standard with a stepless miter device. Rapid traverse for lifting the saw frame. Swing-action vise for optimal blade utilization. Longitudinal guidance with ground and hardened guide rails to transmit cutting pressures to the saw frame. Automatic end-of-cut shutoff. Push-button operation for functions ON, OFF, and rapid rise of the saw frame.
