We offer a Keyence brand strip light measuring device.
Series VL 350 incl. PC, software, and calibration disc.
The system can be operated as a stand-alone unit.

Advantages:
• Contactless measurement: Optical measuring without a mechanical probe — ideal for measuring sensitive or delicately coated workpieces (no deformation from a measurement probe).

• High accuracy & repeatability: Measurement accuracy of ± 10 µm and a repeatability of 2 µm, making it suitable for various industrial quality control applications.

• Flexible measuring range: Suitable for larger components (up to Ø 300 mm × H 200 mm) as well as small detailed measurements (Ø 70 mm × H 50 mm) — with the ability to switch between low and high magnification.

• Versatile application: The rotatable and tiltable table allows for measuring various geometries and complex workpieces.

The device is suitable for:

- Quality control and 3D inspection of parts in production — such as workpieces made of plastic or metal

- Measurement and reverse engineering of complex geometries, where contactless measurement offers clear advantages

- Applications where high precision and repeatability are critical - analyzing form and positional tolerances

- Digitizing components with STL output for subsequent 3D printing.
