The PA-S45 W plasma cutting system is suitable for both manual and mechanized cutting in material thicknesses from 3 to 45 mm. By using different plasma gases and gas mixtures, electrically conductive materials can be cleanly cut and gouged. As a mobile unit, it can be used in workshops, training centers, and on construction sites.

Liquid-cooled plasma torches
The proven design of the torch components cathode and nozzle is crucial for the quality of the cut surfaces. The liquid cooling of the precision plasma torches guarantees their long service life. Plasma cutting with machines from the PA-S series is efficient and increases user productivity. When cutting structural steel with the PA-S45 W, a swirl gas torch enables more frequent piercing.

Plasma gouging
Both machine and hand torches can be converted to plasma gouging in a short time. This requires changing the nozzles and attaching the ceramic cap (optionally with protector). By using different plasma gases and gas mixtures, all electrically conductive materials such as mild and stainless steel, aluminum, and brass can be processed. Plasma gouging is ideal for removing welding defects, cracks, cavities, inclusions as well as preparing for follow-up welding.
