In waterjet cutting, water is compressed at pressures of up to 5500 bar. Depending on the requirements and the workpiece, it is then forced through a nozzle with a diameter of 0.01 to 0.08 mm. Since waterjet technology processes materials without introducing heat, deformation is eliminated.

By adding an abrasive material, waterjet cutting achieves the highest precision with tolerances of +/- 0.01 mm. Our flexible manufacturing enables both vertical and bevel cuts. We are happy to process your individual CAD files. Waterjet technology offers significant advantages for industry, trades, and individual prototype manufacturing. It is also environmentally friendly, as it works dust- and steam-free and is resource-efficient.
