Thanks to a robust and durable mechanical and hydraulic system, a precise backgauge with
ball screw drive, and user-friendly CNC control, Dener guillotine shears are
highly effective production machines. Shears for sheet thicknesses from 6 mm up to 20 mm and
cutting lengths from 3 to 6 meters are part of our standard portfolio. Of course,
greater sheet thicknesses and cutting lengths are available upon customer request.
The particularly sturdy construction with a fully welded frame is the reason for
the long service life of Dener guillotine shears.
The entire machine body, cutting beam, and backgauge are highly resistant to deflection
and deformation, thus ensuring top cutting quality.
By entering the sheet thickness and material type, the CNC control automatically calculates
the required cutting angle and blade gap.
