Thanks to robust and durable mechanical and hydraulic systems, a precise backgauge with ball screw drive, and a user-friendly CNC control, Dener guillotine shears are highly efficient production machines. Shears for sheet thicknesses from 6 mm to 20 mm and cutting lengths from 3 to 6 m form part of our standard portfolio. Of course, greater sheet thicknesses and cutting lengths are available on request.
Dener guillotine shears owe their long service life to especially rugged construction with a fully welded frame. The entire machine body, cutting beam, and backgauge are resistant to twisting and deformation, thus ensuring the highest cutting quality.
By entering the sheet thickness and material type, the CNC control automatically calculates the required cutting angle and blade gap.
