Thanks to robust and durable mechanics and hydraulics, a precise backgauge with ball screw, and a user-friendly CNC controller, Dener shears are highly efficient production machines. Shears for sheet thicknesses from 6 mm to 20 mm and cutting lengths from 3 to 6 meters are part of our standard portfolio. Increased sheet thicknesses and cutting lengths are, of course, available upon customer request.
The long service life of Dener shears is attributable to their particularly rugged design featuring a fully welded frame. The entire machine body, cutting beam, and backgauge are resistant to torsion and deformation, ensuring maximum cutting quality.
By inputting the sheet thickness and material type, the CNC controller automatically calculates the required cutting angle and blade gap.
