KKI CNC-guided guillotine shear
Thanks to its robust and durable mechanical and hydraulic systems, its precise CNC-controlled backgauge with ball screw drive, and its user-friendly CNC interface, Dener guillotine shears are highly efficient production machines. Shears for sheet thicknesses from 6 mm to 20 mm and cutting lengths from 3 to 6 meters are part of our standard portfolio. Customizations for greater sheet thicknesses or longer cutting lengths are available upon request.

Dener guillotine shears owe their long service life to an exceptionally solid construction with a fully welded frame. The entire machine body, the cutting beam, and the backgauge are highly resistant to torsion and deformation, thereby ensuring top cutting quality.

By inputting the sheet thickness and material type, the CNC control automatically calculates the required cutting angle and blade gap.
