This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to meet specific requirements, thereby improving efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is provided as standard by a manual hydraulic system within a range of 650 – 1050 mm (other ranges available upon request). Like the SST fix series, the worktop features a 100 x 100 mm Ø 28 mm hole grid. When used in combination with machining equipment, inspection or finishing devices (deburring, marking, checking) can be adapted to the height of the machine’s clamping table. The table systems can be easily relocated by means of a pallet truck. These mobile systems, with their versatile fastening and securing options, have proven ideal for maintenance of injection moulding and die casting tools. Tools can be safely serviced on-site immediately after being removed from the machine and then transferred to maintenance for repairs. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively if worn in the future. Table 2 below provides an overview of the available standard models.
