Special worktable systems from the SST, SFT, and SWT series as fixed 3D clamping workstations for efficient assembly, welding, and bonding construction production, e.g. for fixtures, railings, frames, etc. With the help of the extensive clamping accessory range (see catalog section “welding table accessories”), these table systems can also be used as flexibly configurable fixtures, enabling high-quality production of small and medium series. The special worktables feature a 16 mm (dual Standard) or 25 mm (triple 24+1) thick worktop fitted with a Ø28 mm hole grid. Additionally, the table top has a 100 x 100 mm grid marking for easy alignment of workpieces or jigs. The table perforation allows the use of various clamping elements and positioning aids. For specific applications, the table surface can, upon request, also be supplied in stainless steel 1.4301, aluminum, plastic, or high-strength materials such as ST70, instead of the standard finish. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of wear, ensuring the long-term usability of the table system.
