This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to suit specific requirements, thereby improving efficiency and ergonomics. The height adjustment is standardly carried out via a manual hydraulic system, within a range of 650 – 1050 mm (other heights available on request, both higher or lower). The worktop, like the SST fix series, features a 100 x 100 mm Ø 28 hole matrix. When used in combination with processing machines, inspection or post-processing devices (deburring, marking, checking) can be adapted to the clamping table height of the machine. The table systems can be easily relocated using a pallet truck. These mobile systems, with various mounting and securing options, have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection molding and die casting tools. After removal from the machine, tools can be safely serviced on site and transferred to maintenance for repairs. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in the event of wear.
