This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height according to specific requirements, improving both efficiency and ergonomics. The height adjustment is standardly carried out by a manual hydraulic system, ranging from 650 – 1050 mm (other heights available upon request). Like the SST fix Series, the worktop is equipped with a 100 x 100 mm grid pattern featuring Ø 28 mm bores. When combined with processing machines, inspection or post-processing fixtures (deburring, marking, quality checks) can be adapted to match the clamping table height of the respective machine. The tables can easily be moved to different locations by means of a pallet truck. These mobile systems have proven ideal, especially with various fastening and securing options, for the maintenance of injection moulding and die casting tools. Immediately after removal from the machine, tools can be serviced safely on-site and transferred to maintenance for repairs. Thanks to the fully bolted design of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of wear.
