Special workbench systems of the SST, SFT, and SWT Fix series serve as 3D clamping workstations for the efficient production of assembly, welding, and bonding structures, e.g. fixtures, railings, frames, etc. With the extensive range of clamping accessories (see welding table accessories catalogue section), these table systems can also be used as flexibly configurable fixtures, enabling high-quality production of small and medium series.

The special workbenches feature either a 16 mm (dual standard) or 25 mm (tripple 24+1) thick worktop equipped with a Ø28 mm hole grid. Additionally, the table surface has a 100 x 100 mm grid marking for easy alignment of workpieces or fixtures. The hole pattern allows the use of a wide variety of clamping and fixing elements. For special applications, the tabletop surface can be supplied, deviating from the standard, in stainless steel 1.4301, aluminium, plastic, or high-strength materials such as ST70. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping surface, the worktop can be replaced cost-effectively in the event of wear, ensuring particularly sustainable use of the table system.
