Thanks to a robust and durable mechanical and hydraulic system, a precise CNC-controlled backgauge with ball screw drive, and user-friendly CNC control, our shears are highly efficient production machines. Shears for sheet thicknesses from 6 mm to 20 mm and cutting lengths from 3 to 6 m are part of our standard portfolio. Of course, higher sheet thicknesses and cutting lengths are possible on request.
The long service life of our shears is due to their particularly robust construction with a fully welded frame. The entire machine body, cutting beam, and backgauge are resistant to torsion and deformation, thus ensuring the highest cutting quality.
By simply entering the sheet thickness and material type, the CNC control system automatically calculates the required cutting angle and blade gap.
