Thanks to robust and durable mechanics and hydraulics, a precise CNC-controlled backgauge with ball screw, and a user-friendly CNC controller, KKI guillotine shears are highly efficient production machines. Shears for sheet thicknesses from 6 mm up to 20 mm and cutting lengths from 3 m to 6 m are part of our standard portfolio. Of course, greater sheet thicknesses and cutting lengths are available on request.
Their long service life is due to the especially sturdy construction with a fully welded frame. The entire machine body, cutting beam, and backgauge are resistant to twisting and deformation, ensuring the highest cutting quality.
By entering the sheet thickness and material type, the CNC controller automatically calculates the required cutting angle and blade gap.
