The FLC series is a fast, precise, reliable, and cost-effective fiber laser cutting machine. This is a high-efficiency, premium-standard laser cutting machine, capable of accommodating laser power up to 30,000 W, making it an excellent choice for cutting thick plates. FLC fiber laser cutting machines are typically used for processing agricultural machinery, textile machines, food processing equipment, construction machinery, elevators, and other large-scale machines and systems.

Features include easy air-blowing, cutting, pausing, calibration simulation, etc., via wireless remote control. The standard nesting software quickly prepares parts for cutting without operator intervention and also offers a flycut function. The double shuttle table design allows continuous cutting without downtime.

Our FLC models feature nozzle cleaning and dual camera systems. Cutting areas of 1.5 x 3 m, 2 x 4 m, or 2 x 6 m are available.

The laser head offers autofocus, active anti-collision, and auto-view functions which detect obstacles and adjust automatically. Cutting heads are equipped with automatic cooling. The bridges used in all our machines are made from a single-piece welded aluminum alloy construction. This one-piece design ensures rigidity and prevents deformation under impact or load. Compared to steel profile bridges, the aluminum construction is three times lighter, allowing higher speeds and accelerations with reduced motor power requirements.
