The machine’s pull bridge features 3 broaching tool holders; the workpiece table has 1 broaching station (modifiable). The tool clamping system as well as the tool feeder are designed for spring-actuated locking (DIN 1415).
The machine is equipped with an automatic tool feeder; the existing uptake of the tool feeder is also designed for only 1 tool (central broaching station).
The machine has an integrated coolant system for cutting oil.

Remarks:
The machine is in a condition appropriate to its age and is immediately ready for use. It is designed for manually operated production with medium batch sizes. The machine provides an automatic operation cycle. Use ideally requires a pit installation or alternatively a platform. Draw heads, tool holders & tools are available on request. The machine can be inspected under power at our warehouse.
